Tbh, had a such great stay on a business trip. Everything was perfect, including helpful staff and incredible location in a very nice neighborhood. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an iron, a work desk and a TV in the queen room. We appreciated wake-up service available...

The place was tidy and comfy, but the shared bathroom was a bit of a hassle, and it could get noisy at night. Loved the easy stroll to the Thames!

The garden area offers cozy spots to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. The room was spacious, providing enough comfort for a family stay.
Noise levels from other guests were troublesome, with thin walls allowing sounds to travel easily. Limited water pressure on the top floor resulted in discomfort during showers. The lack of hangers in the bathroom added to an awkward experience, especially with the window providing little privacy.

Clean and modern accommodations with cute hosts. The location near Thames Lake offered lovely morning views and the communal kitchen was well-maintained, providing helpful amenities like complimentary tea and coffee. Noise from other guests at night was a concern, and access to the shared bathroom was less than ideal for a family stay.
